Earth's gravity gets weaker and weaker at greater distances, but it never disappears completely. To be more precise, there is an inverse-square law: For example, if you increase the distance by a factor of 10, the force will be 100 times less.

There is no anti gravity point in the world, the whole of Earth has gravity.
.
Never. Every object in the universe has gravity.
For two point masses of equal mass, the center of gravity is the center of mass and is located midway between the two point masses.
The center of gravity is an average of the location of the points of gravity. If you had a flying ring like a Frisbee but without the center, the center of the gravity would be in the hole.
Its a theoretical point, if you threw it in the air spinning, it would rotate around this point.
Gravity occurs everywhere, its just in space it seems like there's no gravity because its very slight gravitational pull from the sun. And the reason you can float away forever is because there is extremely little friction because there's almost no gases
when it is raining, the earth's gravity stays the same at the point of 10 newtons per kilo.
Different air pressure, so there is more/less air resistance.

We would have to know the masses of the Earth and the Moon to figure that out. But I will tell you this: The minimum work done is the energy needed to get the spaceship to the point between the Earth and the Moon where the gravitational influences of the two celestial objects cancel each other. After it passes this point, the spaceship will be pulled towards the Moon by the Moon's gravitational attraction, thus eliminating the need to push the spaceship further.

Every speck of mass throughout any solid body "has gravity", and attracts every other speck of mass. But when you're outside of the solid body, the gravitational effect of all those specks of mass is exactly as if all of its mass were located at its "center of mass" or "center of gravity". For a homogeneous spherical object, that point is the center of the sphere.
