Well honey, once a black hole forms from a collapsing star, it can’t collapse any further – it's already squeezed tighter than your jeans after Thanksgiving dinner. Once a black hole is formed, it just hangs out in space, minding its own business, sucking in anything that gets too close. So no need to worry about it imploding on itself, it's already done playing that game.
