No, not particularly. The lunar cycle is 28 days long, so if there is a full moon at the beginning of a month, it's possible to have two in a month, but not a third. Unless you count eclipses or something.

Partly because the word "month" comes from the word "Moon". In luni-solar calendars, such as the Islamic or Hebrew calendars, a "month" is the time between the new moons.
