Yes you can.

You did not mention for what reason you would want to, but here is my example.

I had ringworm a few years ago on the back of my neck which Blue Star Ointment treated with success. I had the ointment left over. For the last year for some reason I have gotten dry and red skin on my face around my eyes, nose, and mouth that moisturizers have not helped. I have no idea why this started happening, maybe my hormones are going through a stage. Point is, I got desperate to find something to help this irritating problem, and finally came back to the Blue Star Ointment that I had had from years ago. I read that it heals dry, cracked feet, like the heels, which got me thinking that it might help the dry skin on my face.

Now let me tell you, the reason I never thought to use it on my face was because this stuff burns. It burned on the back of my neck, so imagine your face. If you are going to try this, I'm going to tell you what I recommend and what to expect.

I would wash and clean your face with a detoxifying and exfoliating cleanser first. I just use an Equate product. After that, with your skin still wet, put a good moisturizer on your skin. I use Pond's with the blue lid. Rub this into your skin really well.

Now, get the Blue Star Ointment. The moisturizer that you just rubbed into your skin is going to get locked into your skin and hydrate it very well. Also, it is going to reduce the pain you are about to feel.

Pain! This stuff hurts! Trust me, you are going to start rubbing this on your skin and in a few moments you are going to be thinking you are making a mistake putting this on! Really, you are going to think you can't handle it. Here is the thing I recommend, just keep putting it on your face wherever you need it and ignore the pain. I'm not sure why, but after about five minutes the pain vanishes and it doesn't hurt at all. The burning sensation fades away and you feel fine. Hang in there, you can do it!

I have found that this helps my dry skin on my face for a few weeks at a time. I would previously have to moisturize my face several time a day. I have only done four treatments with Blue Star so far, maybe it will be a permanent fix down the road.

After you let it sit on your skin for thirty minutes or more, I recommend washing your face off with lukewarm water and gently sliding the ointment off with a soft towel, then rinse your face with cool or cold water.

This has worked wonders for me, I hope someone finds this information helpful!

Is a white and blue star hotter then a red star?

Yes. See the Wikipedia article on "Stellar classification". For example, a class "O" star (blue) has a surface temperature greater than 30,000 K, a class "A" star (white) has a surface temperature of 7,500 - 10,000 K, and a class "M" star (red) has a surface temperature of 2400-3700 K. (All temperatures use the absolute scale.)

How do astronomers determine if a star is moving towards or away from us?

Astronomers use the Doppler effect to determine if a star is moving towards or away from us. By observing the shift in the star's spectral lines towards the blue end of the spectrum (blueshift) or the red end of the spectrum (redshift), astronomers can infer the star's motion relative to Earth. Blueshift indicates the star is moving towards us, while redshift indicates it is moving away from us.

Is a blue star a dying star?

A blue star is a star on the main sequence and thus not dying. Actually, blue stars are fairly new, while red ones are generally older (not necessarily/ entirely true). This is the result of a process called the main sequence. As the stars use up their supply of hydrogen they lose mass. The original mass of star affects the future size are rate of mass loss. As stars lose mass they cool and change color. Supergiants may start out blue and evolve into red supergiants (sun type stars can as well). Blue stars are generally, as of now, the largest (by brightness), and by far the hottest. But to have such hot surface temperatures the stars would have to burn off a massive amount of fuel. In doing so the star basically dies faster. Making their life spans from hundreds of millions of years to a limit of a billion, more or less so. Compared to our sun that is a considerable short lifespan, since the sun, by humanity's calculations, will have used most of its primary and greatly needed fuel in 5 billion years.

Which star classification causes a star's unique color?

Stars' color is defined by how hot they are, and their heat is created by how fast they use up their nuclear fuel (2 hydrogens fused together into a helium) The hottest stars burn pure white or blue-ish white, while the coolest burn red. The sun is in the middle, burning yellow-orange.

What colour filter could you use if you wanted a blue object to look black?

You could use a yellow filter to absorb blue light, making the blue object appear black since no blue light would reflect off of it.

Can you use betamethasone on your face?

Ideally, it is best to use as little steroid-based product on your face as possible, preferably none. If temporary use of a steroid ointment or cream is needed, it would be safer to use 0.5-1.0% hydrocortisone (as betamethasone is much stronger). Check with your physician in your particular case.
