Neither China not any other country has yet BEEN to the moon to see the flag at the landing site.
Yes. Back then, they simply left an American flag out in space for the next generations statement to see.
Yes, humans have been to the moon. The United States' Apollo missions successfully landed astronauts on the moon between 1969 and 1972, with a total of 12 astronauts setting foot on the lunar surface.
cuz you have to be in like china to see the other side ;-)
It depends on from where or when you mean. You cannot see the flag from Earth. You can see it in pictures from the mission. You cannot see it with a telescope. It also may not even exist anymore, having probably decayed after 40 years in direct, unfiltered sunlight.
Yes they did. From BadAstronomy.com (see below)Bad: When the astronauts are assembling the American flag, the flag waves. Kaysing says this must have been from an errant breeze on the set. A flag wouldn't wave in a vacuum.Good: Of course a flag can wave in a vacuum. In the shot of the astronaut and the flag, the astronaut is rotating the pole on which the flag is mounted, trying to get it to stay up. The flag is mounted on one side on the pole, and along the top by another pole that sticks out to the side. In a vacuum or not, when you whip around the vertical pole, the flag will ``wave'', since it is attached at the top. The top will move first, then the cloth will follow along in a wave that moves down. This isn't air that is moving the flag, it's the cloth itself. The moon hoax is a myth propagated by con artists that want to sell books. the flag waves because it was planted in the soil and Neil Armstrong twisted the poles.this is obvious because int other footage you can see the flag is not moving when he walks past it.Since there is no wind on the moon the flag pole made of the moon landing was an upside-down "L" shape to hold the flag material straight out.
The NASA.gov web site and Fox News web site have photos of US flags on the moon. (See Related Links)
yes the great wall of china can be seen from the moon.
Yes. Back then, they simply left an American flag out in space for the next generations statement to see.
No, the flag on the moon cannot be seen with a telescope from Earth because it is too small and the distance is too great.
the moon and the sun and when the war came in London,England the Americans won so the astranots put an American flag on top of the moon and it is still standing there today
China sees the Moon as does every one else on Earth.
If you look closely at the flag, you can see a rod going through the top of the flag, which holds the flag up. On Apollo 12, the upper rod would not hold and their flag hangs limp from the pole. The other 5 missions all manged to get the rod to stay in place, which makes the flag appear to fly in the lunar atmosphere. The best photos to see the flag up close are the photos taken during the Apollo 17 mission.
No because otherwise the flag wont be blowing. when he landed on the moon

The American flag is not to be repaired but replaced according to the US Flag Code - see link below .
No. If you look at the moon with the naked eye on Earth, you see craters that look very small. However, the craters are very large, and larger than the American flag Neil Armstrong placed. Because the size difference from Earth effects the size of the craters from the naked eye, you would not be able to see the flag. In fact, from the moon looking back to earth, you can see no man-made structures at all. The distance is too far. Also, the flag was knocked flat by the force of the lunar module's take-off from the surface.
