The U.S. never minted a silver penny. It would have more than a dime's worth of silver in it. Your coin has been plated.
While I was in photography class in high school, we used to go into the dark room and put pennies in the fixing agent trays. The copper would attract the silver that was left behind in the trays due to the developing process. The longer you left the copper in the tray, the more silver would be attracted to it. Works with other metals as well. Hope this helps.
It doesn't exist. Indian Head pennies were first minted in 1859. In fact, the cents produced in 1832 are known as "large cents" and aren't even the same size as a modern day (or Indian Head) penny but rather about the size of a half-dollar. 1832 large cents feature the Matron, or Coronet head design featuring a personification of Liberty on the obverse and a wreath saying "One Cent" on the reverse.
The most expensive coin ever sold is the 1794 Flowing Hair silver dollar, which was auctioned for over $10 million in 2013. It is renowned for its rarity, historical significance, and pristine condition.
