The answer is no. Just the simple fact that rogue stars exist (Stars that were ejected by stellar or galactic collisions) says that not all stars have anything orbiting them. A star floating through intergalactic or interstellar space has a one in an infinitesmally small number chance of capturing a rogue planet into its orbit. Without doing proper research, I'm going to guess and say that the majority of stars do have at least one object orbiting them at some distance since there will always be left-over matter from star formaition.

Now if we were talking only stars who have a definite and stable orbit around a parent galaxy, then I'd say probably still no, although the vast majority probably do.
