The eighth planet is Neptune, known as the stormy planet. It is another gas giant, and it is stormy because it is still forming. The amazing thing about the storms on Neptune is that scientists think that it is raining diamonds on this planet! You would definitely want to collect "rainwater" on Neptune.
Extreme temperature and pressure. Diamonds are formed by solid carbon, but in a special cristal configuration that arises from extreme conditions or temperature and pressure. The atmosphere in Venus has extreme conditions both in pressure and temperature, so the carbon ashes are condensed in the form of diamonds.
No planet is MADE of diamonds. However, it is believed that Neptune has the possibility of creating diamonds by the decomposition of methane at certain depths.
Actually There IS a planet made of diamonds it was discovered 2 days ago Friday 26th August 2011. I dont think it has a name yet but for now i think we call it Planet Diamond, I'm toatally not sure.
Apparently.
You can read more, below.
Yes there is a planet made out of diamonds they found it just about last week except it would take us some thousand light years to get there. The planet is made out of crystalized carbon like diamonds are! Hopefully we never reach the planet because we would mine itYes it does so blast into the future diamond mines straight from space
Unlikely because diamonds are a natural resource found in earth because the requirements meet but that doesn't mean that there couldn't be!
No. It does not rain anything on Mars and atmospheric pressure is not nearly high enough to produce diamonds. It may rain diamonds on Neptune.
yes it does rains on mars becuse
WE ALL CAN GET DIAMONDS AND THEN MAKE A DIAMOND PICAKE! AND YES IT IS A minecraft LOGIC DUDE!
No it doesn't rain on Uranus; there is likely methane snow however.
Jupiter has rain although it is not water based rain as occurs on Earth. Scientists feel that due to the high pressures in that planet's atmosphere the "rain" is liquid helium contaminated by neon.
yup
None. There are only trace amounts of sulphur on Jupiter and as suplhur is heavier than hydrogen, it isn't located in its upper atmosphere.

Not on Earth. It is believed that it may rain diamonds on Neptune and Uranus.
Jupiter has clouds, but not acid rain.
no
yes it can

yup
He was the almighty and controlled the sky and also the rain. So, since they needed to have rain to water their crops they appeased Jupiter and his family.
Neptune and Uranus.
King of Diamonds - 1961 Rain on Wednesday 1-36 was released on: USA: 8 May 1962
In rare cases, diamonds have been found in creeks. The rain water will push them to the surface. Usually the diamonds are mined from deep in the earth.
Jupiter (a.k.a. Jove) was the leader of the gods and had to keeep them in check. He was also the god of the sky and rain.
