I don't think so. It is most probably the only planet to support life forms very similar to ours, but that does not imply that some other planet(s) don't have life forms of some other nature than ours.
there would be no life on earth because the sun supports life on earth and gives warmth to the living creatures in earth. if the sun was gone, earth would be totally dark and there would be no life there.
There is a possibility that Mars supports bacterial or microscopic life forms, but nothing complex. And we don't know that there is any life at all on Mars.
