Your weight on the moon is 5/6 less than it is here on earth and living in low gravity will eventually cause your bones to deteriorate from not exercising. the atmosphere is less than one hundred trillionth of Earth's atmospheric density at sea level, which means you would be bombarded by micrometeorites, solar wind, and unchecked sunlight. Temperatures on the moon reach up to 100 C. during the day and as cold as minus 173 degrees C. at night. Water is also a major concern, but believe it or not a decade of data from several spacecraft showed water concentrations up to a liter per ton of lunar soil. (is still very dry). And last but not least radiation.
Living on the moon is possible, but we have to get there first! So scientists are planing to build a moon base up there and BTW don't forget to watch twilight new moon, and breaking dawn.
You cant live on the moon because there is no air or food . Although scientists are going to return to the moon soon and set up a moon base that will have food and water in it so people can live there.
People can live on the moon; however it requires a lot of resources to build a living area which has enough air and water to sustain the occupants.
It has been proved that humans can live on the Moon, so long as they keep on a spacesuit that protects them from asphyxiation deadly radiation and exploding, being boiled and freezing all at the same instant.
There is no atmoshere at all. No Oxygen to breathe. No atmosphere to shield you from the heat of the sun or the cold of the darkness. No atmosphere to protect you from other radiation coming from the sun or space in general. To live there you would have to be in an artificially controlled environment.
+==
No water, either.
It has no atmosphere and nothing to shield it from solar radiation.
Possibly. Over time the low gravity and low pressure (space is a vacum) would waste away at our bones and make us too skinny to live.
But who knows?
Maybe one day.
living things cannot survive on the moon because there is no oxygen in moon
Living organisms canβt survive on the moon because there is no oxygen, no atmosphere, and no scorce of food or energy.
There isn't enough oxygen to be able to live on the moon?
No. The environment of the Moon would require humans to live in pressurized habitats, since the surface conditions there are virtually the same as in space.
Because there is much unclaimed land to build Walmarts on and when there is that, no humans can be stopped from incubating there.
well if its a moon in has to be inspace and you cant live without air so yes you do
We could live on the Moon, kinda-sorta. We'd need support from Earth in food and equipment probably, but it'd be doable. The sun is another thing entirely. Remember that the Sun is a star, a huge ball of burning, glowing gas. Anything we can currently build would simply burn up.
At this time there is no current mission to send humans to live on the moon.
There will not be a hotel on the moon for humans but there would be for aliens. humans cannot live in space.
There isn't enough oxygen to be able to live on the moon?
no
No, there is no way a human could live on the moon.
no you cant live on titan it is the only moon we know of with a sustainable atmosphere there is just to much bad stuff on titan to live on it. and think about it how do we even get there we can only make it to mars and there wasn't even any humans in the mars rover.
the moon
No. The environment of the Moon would require humans to live in pressurized habitats, since the surface conditions there are virtually the same as in space.
yes they can there is a whole NASA program check it out :)
Because there is much unclaimed land to build Walmarts on and when there is that, no humans can be stopped from incubating there.
Some say God did it, and others cant explain it, so God would be the logical answer.
No. While short visits are possible, there is no air on the moon and no way to produce food.
