Still alive people still alive!
You are the moon. It is round but not always visible, appearing differently throughout the month. It reflects light from the sun, sometimes appearing bright and sometimes shadowed. People have landed on the moon, fulfilling the desire of walking on it.
No, there are currently no permanent human settlements on the moon as of 2020. Various space agencies and private companies are working on plans to establish a human presence on the moon in the future, but it has not yet been realized.

the cause of the problems and the cause of the people living there
People living in tenements sometimes used their space for various purposes beyond just living. Many utilized their apartments for small-scale businesses, such as dressmaking, baking, or other crafts, to supplement their income. Additionally, communal areas were often used for social gatherings, children's play, and even as makeshift meeting spaces for community organizing. This multifunctional use of space reflected both the economic necessity and the tight-knit nature of tenement life.
Tenements can be described as poor people.

Jacob Riis called the tenements a bad bargain because despite being cheap to rent, they provided poor living conditions, overcrowding, lack of sanitation, and inadequate ventilation. He believed that the low cost was not worth the detrimental impact on the health and well-being of the people living in these tenements.
Tenements varied in size, but they typically housed multiple families in cramped living quarters. They could hold anywhere from a few dozen to over a hundred people, depending on the specific building and its layout.
Tenements were meant for 6-8 people, but a lot of times tenements would be filled with more than 60 people.
Tenements were places used to keep certain people in an isolated group. Example would be the after attacks of Pearl Harbor. The living conditions in tenements were very severe in some cases. First of all, it wasn't actually spacious in tenements and many were put in tenements with other people. Many got sick because of poor sanitary issues and lack of continuous hygiene increased the spread of sickness. Mostly children and elders were prone to becoming victims in tenements because of their poor immune systems being constantly attacked. Even though they were given food and a place to stay many immigrants have died in tenements because of poor living conditions they had to go through.
They were affordable.
