You could use sign language. Or you can use radios. You have to wear a spacesuit to walk around on the moon. There is no air and sound is impossible to transmit in a vacuum. There is one other way you could get physically close and press your helmets against each other. The sound could transmit by vibrating the helmets and the air in them.
Only 12 people have been on the Moon.
No. Astronauts have orbited over the far side of the moon, but have never landed on it. The main reason is that they would be unable to communicate with Earth.
Astronauts on the moon used radios to communicate with mission control and other astronauts. The distance to Earth was too great for them to communicate in real time without radios. Additionally, the space suits and helmets they wore made it difficult to communicate verbally with each other.
There are no people on the moon currently. The only people who have been on the moon are astronauts from the Apollo missions conducted by NASA in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
People who go to the moon are called astronauts.
they used radios in the helmet of their spacesuits.
Morse code.
-- If they're in the same vehicle, capsule, space station etc., in a 'shirt-sleeve' environment, then they communicate with each other conversationally, by the use of their mouths and vocal apparatus. -- If they're in different vehicles, or separated by vacuum such as walking together on the moon, or communicating with controllers or other people on Earth, then they communicate by radio.
