The earth was created a long after the "big bang" which was not an explosion but a sudden expansion of that singularity, the matter then began to form with the universe as it cooled, billions of years later and parsecs away our solar system's dust cloud began to collapse and form the celestial bodies present today.
Before the earth was created, there had to be a universe - the stars and the sun, around which our world revolves. The universe is considered to have started with a "Big Bang", when a single primordal point of matter and energy exploded, eventually expanding to form the universe as we know it. Science tells us that the Earth was then formed from hot gases around the Sun. Present estimates put the age of the earth at 4.54 billion years, plus or minus 45 million years.
Scientists hold that the planets coalesced gravitationally out of the same proto-solar disk, a nebula of gas and dust, from which the Sun and the remainder of the solar system was formed.
They believe the planets formed from a disc of gas and dust called a "protoplanetary disc".
first era was the Precambrian
Earth, along with the other seven planets in our solar system, formed around 4.6 billion years ago. Exoplanets, the planets orbiting other stars, would have formed at varying times in the past.
Studying the earth helps scientists to understand other planets since the earth is part of the solar system. Scientists use the features of the earth to compare them with what other planets hold.
Earth and the other planets formed around this time.
Scientist theorize that a planet-sized object collided with earth and the moon formed

At the same time that the Earth (and the other planets) formed : 4.5 billion years ago.

When the sun was being born, matter that was circling around it formed into planets. There was hundreds of planets, but most of them were destroyed when they crashed into each other. Eventually, only the main 8 planets were left. Then water came on earth from comets.(scientists think so anyway) and life was formed
i believe so because when you see a galaxy its more denser in the center so heavier elements. a solar system and galaxy are similar (when the solar system i being created) there for the rocky planets terrestrial planets were created first. Then gas planets took what was left.
Earth and the other planets formed around this time.
You need water to live and other planets don't have water
