Compare: They are both satellites of gas giant planets.

Contrast: Io and Titan could hardly be more different. Io orbits Jupiter; it may be the most volcanic body in the solar system, with volcanoes that erupt throwing sulfur into ORBIT. Titan orbits Saturn, and is cold enough to have lakes of methane.
