If it's the place I think it is, and they are walking round in circles, you...
a) Run around until you see a dark alcove with a kind of pipe archway - it is positioned in such a way that if you push the nearby block into the pipe archway the Vashta Nerada have to go into the alcove to continue their circle.
b) Push the block into the pipe archway (if you haven't done so already).
c) Run away from the Vashta Nerada and get up onto the catwalk above as quickly as possible.
d) Make your way to the switch (on the catwalk) and wait for a Vashta Nerada to walk into the shadowy alcove mentioned earlier.
e) Flick the switch when the Vashta Nerada is COMPLETELY inside the alcove.
This will cause a bright light to go on, and it will kill the Vashta Nerada. You do this twice because there are two of them (don't go down until the other one is dead).
Hope this helps!

In "The Sarah Jane Adventures," Sky Smith's real name is Sky Smith. She is a character introduced in the fifth series of the show, and she is the daughter of the alien Time Lord, the Doctor (specifically, the Tenth Doctor), and a human named Jo Grant. Sky exhibits various abilities and characteristics inherited from her unique parentage.
More than likely, her memories were starting to come back when Sylvia and Shaun became part of The Master race, unless The Doctor manages to get back in time to stop it from happening.
After being trapped in a parallel universe, Rose continued to live there with the meta-crisis Doctor created from her DNA and the Tenth Doctor. In that universe, they went on to have a life together and presumably continued their adventures.
Sarah Jane Smith meets the Eleventh Doctor in the "Doctor Who" episode titled "The Sarah Jane Adventures: Death of the Doctor," which is the first episode of the fourth series of her spin-off show. This episode originally aired on October 15, 2010. In it, the Eleventh Doctor, played by Matt Smith, teams up with Sarah Jane and her companions to confront a dangerous alien threat.
Latin. Vashta means living and Narada means shadow. Pretty suitable considering... What kind of Latin have you been studying??? Living shadow is "umbra vivus" in Latin. There is no way "Vashta Narada" is Latin...
well vashta narada is a phrase meaning "someones in the dark", as in the fear of; so technically I guess you could be that "someone in the dark".
