I am not aware of any current Astronaut ( male or female) dolls available, a Spaceman costume was, of course available for GI joe and the AF firefighter could be a good stand=by if you got a full-face helmet. The metallic outer skin poses some challenges to the toy-maker here. as I said, there were a few commercial astronaut Action Figures- and a GI joe costume for the spaceflight role.
