There is an order to how storms are named. I am not sure how the exact name is picked, but I do know that every season the names begin with "A" all over again. Every other storm is a boy's name and every other storm is a girl's name. There is always one boy's name and one girl's name for every letter. Here is an example:
storm 1: Andrew
storm 2: Andrea
storm 3:Brendan
storm 4: Brenda
storm 5: Christian
storm 6: Christina
