Orbiting works by the conservation of energy E= -mu/r + mcV, The force at conservation of energy is zero and 0= m(dcV/dr + cDelxV - Del u/r) = m(dV/dt + cvT/r sin(z) + cvR/r cos(z)),

where capitals are vectors. This is Newton's Third Law, Action -Reaction, or the sum of the vectors is zero.
