It depends on its original thrust and what it is pointed at. In theory, travelling in the vacuum of space between the galaxies, it could travel for ever. There would be no friction or gravity to slow it down, so even when its fuel ran out, it would just keep going forever. However, in the relatively full space around Earth, it would be more likely to be captured in orbit around a planet and unless it was perfectly matched to a stationary orbit, it would gradually lose height and crash into whatever it was orbiting.

It depends on the destination, to the moon it is 32 trillion miles. To mars it is estimated a full 1000% drive at 32 epnectillion miles. satellites go as far as radars, 3 thousand miles.
