Outer space is an extremely hostile place. If you were to step outside a spacecraft, such as the International Space Station,or on a world with little or no atmosphere such as the moon or Mars without the protection of a space suit,, then the following things would happen:
Space exposure ---- Take a look at this, very interesting information.

The farthest humans have traveled into space is to the moon, approximately 238,855 miles (384,400 kilometers) away from Earth. This was achieved during the Apollo missions in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Other than the moon landings, humans have only traveled within low Earth orbit, which extends up to about 1,200 miles (2,000 kilometers) above the Earth's surface.
As of September 2021, around 580 people have traveled into space. This includes astronauts, cosmonauts, and space tourists who have flown to space on various missions and spacecraft.
The maximum speed humans have traveled in space is approximately 24,791 miles per hour (39,897 kilometers per hour), achieved during the Apollo 10 mission in May 1969. This speed was attained during re-entry into Earth's atmosphere after completing a lunar reconnaissance flight. Apollo 10 remains the fastest manned spacecraft to date.
Approximately 170,221,694,400,000 miles !
The Pioneer 10 probe has traveled over 12 billion miles since its launch in 1972. The Pioneer 11 probe has traveled over 7.6 billion miles since its launch in 1973. Both of these probes continue to travel through space.
The moon is the farthest a man has traveled. Mars is planned for 2018.
Humans have orbited the moon. When they were around the "back", they were about 240,000 miles from the earth. That's the record so far.
Not yet. The New Horizons space probe, launched in 2006, will fly by Pluto in June 2015. Humans themselves have only been as far as the moon.

I don't know all three, but heres one: chimps.
No, only land rovers have traveled to Mars. Humans do not yet have a sophisticated enough space craft, and it would be so far impossible to hold enough supplies for the trip back and forth.
When the Apollo astronauts were in orbit around the moon they were the furthest any human had been from the earth.

So far, zero.As far as is known to the public, no astronaut has ever died in spaceon a mission after launch.
