About5 billion years and good for another 5 billion
As strange as it may seem, yes water has been detected on the Sun. Actually what was detected is 'steam' over a particularly cool sunspot where the temperatures were only about 1000 K or so.....
The two processes that keep the sun in existence are nuclear fusion, where hydrogen atoms fuse to form helium and release energy, and gravitational forces that balance the outward pressure from fusion reactions to maintain the sun's structure. These processes provide the energy and stability needed for the sun to radiate light and heat.
If the age of the universe is represented as 24 hours, humans have been in existence for approximately 3 seconds. This analogy puts into perspective the relatively recent appearance of humans in the context of the vast timeline of the universe.
The sun has been producing energy for about 4.6 billion years, primarily through nuclear fusion reactions in its core. This energy sustains life on Earth and powers all the processes within the sun, including the generation of heat and light.
Mars has been in space for as long as any other planet, such as, earth.
As long as cows have been in existence, or the whole Bos primigenius species and subspecies have been in existence.
Helium is has been in existence since the beginning of the universe.
