There is currently no technology that would enable human astronauts, from NASA or from any other organization, to travel one light year. There are some theoretical proposals for ideas that might work, but nothing even on the horizon for now.
we can travel in space ROUGHLY 30,000 mph...at that rate it would take us ROUGHLY 22,366 years to travel 1 light year
With current technology, it would take NASA thousands of years to travel 600 light years using conventional spacecraft. The vast distance and limitations of our current propulsion systems make such a journey unfeasible in a reasonable timescale.

Impact of NASA on the south in the 60s and 70s was it lead to manned space travel.
Dr. Mae C. Jemison worked at NASA from 1987 to 1993. She made history in 1992 as the first African American woman to travel in space aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavour.

It depends on how you spell it: nasa (× ×¡×¢) = to travel nasa (× ×©×) = to carry, to marry
to travel = nasa travelling = nesiah
That would depend on who is doing the counting. A NASA flight managerwaiting for the ship to arrive would count a different length of time comparedto a passenger on the spacecraft.

3 years. Sources: I work at NASA
because it does
The best way to travel from downtown Houston to NASA is by taking a car or using public transportation, such as a bus or shuttle service.
No. There closest black holes are many light years away, much farther than anything we build can travel.
well hang on let me head on over to NASA and hop in a space ship and ill get back to ya......0_o
NASA does not research other galaxies because they are too far away to travel to in a lifetime.
