All the lunar rovers left by the Apollo astronauts are still on the lunar surface as there was no way to bring them back. There are three, but no currently operational roving vehicles.
The Moon
As of now, there have been over 100 successful lunar missions conducted by various countries and agencies. These missions include orbiters, landers, and rovers that have provided valuable data and insights about the Moon.
There are many satellites in orbit around the Moon. Some are looking for water in shaded craters. One NASA satellite has recently imaged the Apollo landing sites and the tracks of the lunar rovers can be seen. Other countries have also sent satellirtes notably Japan in 2006,a satellite named "jaxa" was put into lunar orbit. China and India are also in this 'space club'
The planets we can see from Earth change depending on the time of year and location. Right now, Jupiter and Saturn are two of the planets that are visible near the moon in the night sky.
There are two Mars rovers, named Spirit and Opportunity. There's obviously "Curiosity" now too. In fact Spirit doesn't work anymore, so there are still two Mars rovers working.
Right now (April 2010) there are no guys on the moon. It is completely uninhabited.
We are landing rovers there right now and developing the Orion capsule (SLS)
