A package that lands on the moon doesn't need a 'rocket' unless it needs to launch and leave the moon again. That has only happened during the six Apollo missions that landed on the moon and then returned to Earth. So as far as we know, there have been exactly six rockets on the moon.

Manned missions to the moon: there have been eight successful manned missions to the moon, including six landings.
There have been seven manned missions, one of which, Apollo XIII, was unsuccessful, and many other unmanned missions. Shuttles have only been designed to be in low earth orbit and do not have the capability to go to the moon. The Apollo missions were the ones that traveled to the moon, and there have been no lunar missions since 1973.
