It is not possible to tell whether someone (male or female) is a virgin or not. Even a doctor cannot tell, except perhaps in the case of a female who had sex so recently that there is still semen present in the vagina (or if there is physical injury to the genitals).

But after a day or so, there's no test or examination that will reveal it.

A girl's hymen (if she even has one -- not all women do) doesn't always bleed when torn It can also be broken through a number of activities that are not sexual, particularly if she is athletic and plays sports or rides a bicycle. An intact hymen is not proof of virginity. A missing or torn hymen is not proof of sexual intercourse. A virgin won't necessarily bleed.
