Humans have sent space probes to take pictures of Mercury from orbit around the planet, but we have not sent a man to Mercury.
Sending people to Mercury would be hard because it is so dangerously close to the sun.
There have been no manned missions to Mercury (or any other planet) due to the great distances involved. Any attempt would require substantial thermal protection because of the intensity of the Sun's heat there.
The first unmanned probe, Mariner 10, passed extremely close to the planet and took many photographs of the surface. Another unmanned NASA probe, MESSENGER, was launched in 2004 and will orbit the planet beginning in March, 2011.
There have been no human explorations on Mercury. Mercury does not have an atmosphere that favors humans, therefore humans will never explore Mercury.
mercury is known as the closest planet towards the sun and hottest planet
Indeed there has been exploration done on Mercury. Not only by the use of satellite Photography, but also by probes that have been sent to Mercury.
It is not possible to live on mercury.
One of the explorations I know about are the Apollo missions.
Mercury Freedom 7, carrying Alan Shepard, was the first launch of a human astronaut by the US and the second launch of a human into space.
There were no human Mercury flights before Alan Shepard's, but, there were a few chimpanzee Mercury flights. One such chimpanzee was named Ham. He named his Mercury Capsule "Banana 7."

No human explorations has been nor can be on Mercury.
