If the helicopter is raising faster then the force of gravity's acceleration, yes, it would raise for a short period of time before heading back down to earth.
The atomic bomb dropped on Nagasaki was codenamed "Fat Man." It was detonated on August 9, 1945, and was a plutonium-based bomb, differing from the uranium-based bomb dropped on Hiroshima, known as "Little Boy." The use of Fat Man contributed to Japan's eventual surrender and the end of World War II.
Assuming that each object is held with its center of gravity at the same height, and that each is dropped cleanly, with no rotation induced, the one whose lowest part is closest to the ground when dropped will hit first.
In the movie "Apollo 13," Jim's wife dropped a wedding ring down the shower drain. Jim had to retrieve it by removing the trap under the shower.
I believe the word you're looking for is Ballast.
When rockets are dropped from the shuttle, they usually continue on a preplanned trajectory to safely impact the ocean. This controlled disposal ensures that the rockets do not pose a risk to people or property on the ground.
No helicopter dropped any atomic bomb. The two A-bombs used in combat were both dropped by a B-29 bomber.
When an object is dropped from a helicopter, it will fall due to gravity. Its speed and direction will be influenced by air resistance and any wind present. The object will accelerate until it reaches its terminal velocity, which is the maximum speed at which the air resistance equals the force of gravity.
It means that you dropped something or you threw it and it fell.
that happened to mine too, you either have dead batteries, or something inside it is not working. mine had new batteries, but it wasn't working. i dropped it and it shut off so i whacked it on it's right side and it turned on.
Probably not. She was probably dropped off by a helicopter.

ahah. Firstly depends on what type of helicopter it is.most helicopters wouldn't be able to make it up to 35,000 feet because the air us there is i think unstable. the higher the aircraft goes the less power there is. so if you took a 1 tonne boulder and dropped it from 35000 feet you would probably only get a little bit of power back.
He was probably interested in you, either your physical attraction or wants to ask you out but is shy. He could have just became distracted at something else and dropped something! Who knows.
