There is no such thing as a "real" god. All gods are supernatural beings that rely entirely upon a belief system shared only by humanoids: if you believe in a god, then he must exist. No proof of his existence is required, all that is required is faith, despite any and all scientific evidence to the contrary. Ultimately, god is man's creation and is no more real than a childhood imaginary friend, the Easter Bunny or the tooth fairy.

What is the meaning of Zeus' real name?

I'm not sure what you mean by "real name" for something that doesn't really exist. The name Zeus almost certainly comes from the PIE root for "god". It may also be related to a word meaning something like "shining."
