No, there is no air on the moon. If you are wearing a spacesuit or are in a pressurized vessel, then it is possible to whistle.
No, people cannot whistle on the Moon because sound requires a medium, such as air, to travel through. The Moon has a very thin atmosphere, almost a vacuum, which means there are not enough air molecules to carry sound waves. Therefore, even if someone tried to whistle, no sound would be produced or heard.
It IS possible to see the moon in the daytime, and it is not a rare event.
not possible without world-engine
No, it is not possible to fall off the Moon. The Moon has gravity, although its gravity is weaker than Earth's. If someone were to jump off the Moon's surface, they would eventually fall back due to its gravitational pull.
Digging on the moon is definitely possible.
Moon Whistle was created in 1999.
Moon Whistle happened in 1999.

You need to get the animal whistle from the carpenter.

The idea is crazy and impossible. There is no atmosphere on the moon, hence the need for space helmets, oxygen tanks, etc, when in EVA- popularily called Moon Walking. a whistle is dependend on sound, which does not carry in a vacuum-for this reason-and the absence of wind resistance, lunar landing vehicles do not have to be aerodynamically sound and their speed is not related in Mach numbers. a Moon Whistle, it is a contradiction in terms. maybe an alarm system at a missile base- but they would have sirens and more sophisticated things- on earth. it would not work in airless moon scape.
