This is illogical question.hahah because as u know solar radiations are available everywhere and so we can generate energy from everywhere using solar radiations.

This is the most cheap source of energy. It requires only one time cost and lasts for many years.

In this process we use a solar panel which is made of silicon, the solar radiations fall on this panel and convert these radiations into electric d.c voltages and these d.c voltages convert into a.c voltages by using inverters.

Can solar energy run out?

In theory, solar energy will be available for billions of years, as long as the sun exists. However, factors like atmospheric conditions and natural disasters may temporarily impact the availability of solar energy in specific locations.

Why do you think that solar energy has a bright future in India?

Solar energy has a bright future in India due to abundant sunlight availability throughout the year, government support and policies promoting solar power adoption, decreasing solar panel costs making it cost-effective, and the aim to reduce reliance on fossil fuels for energy production to combat climate change.

What quiestions are there about solar energy?

A question about solar energy could be: what is solar energy?: what does solar energy do?:does solar energy do anything for the earth/planet?

Why is solar energy difficult to harness?

Solar energy can be difficult to harness for several reasons, including intermittent availability due to weather conditions and the need for large surface areas to capture sufficient sunlight. Additionally, the efficiency of solar panels in converting sunlight into electricity is still limited, and the initial cost of implementing solar technology can be expensive.

Which area receives the least amount of solar energy per unit of surface area?

Polar regions, particularly areas within the Arctic and Antarctic, receive the least amount of solar energy per unit of surface area. This is due to the low angle of sunlight during much of the year, resulting in less direct solar radiation. Additionally, the prolonged periods of darkness during winter months further decrease solar energy availability in these regions.

What availability of energy is solar energy?

It's actually nuclear power; the sun radiates due to a fusion reaction.

Is solar energy only available during summer?

Depends on where you are on the world. Solar energy is only available when the sun shines. Close to the equator, solar energy is about equally available year round. further away from the equator, the availability of solar energy is about proportional to the amount and intensity of sunlight.

What is a description of solar energy?

Solar energy is a renewable energy source derived from the sun's radiation. It is harnessed through the use of solar panels to convert sunlight into electricity or heat for various applications. Solar energy is considered sustainable and environmentally friendly due to its abundant availability and minimal impact on the environment.

What are the main two disadvantages of solar energy?

solar energy cannot be collected at night or cloudy days, and when they turn the solar {sunlight} to make energy it releases a harmful chemical.

Are clouds an energy source?

Clouds are not an energy source themselves, but they can affect the amount of solar energy reaching the Earth's surface by reflecting, absorbing, and scattering sunlight. This can impact the overall availability of solar energy for technologies like solar panels.

Kind of energy source and its availability in the philippines?

There are many kinds of energy sources that are available in the Philippines. One of these resources is solar and it is readily available.

What kind of energy output per dollar invested can a consumer expect from solar energy installations today?

Recent advances in solar energy harvesting technology have made great leaps in the efficiency of solar cells. This has led to more widespread availability, and even government refunds for the majority of the cost of installing solar panels.

What is one disadvantage of using solar energy?

One disadvantage of solar energy is its intermittent nature, as it is dependent on sunlight availability. This can lead to fluctuations in energy production, requiring additional energy storage or backup systems to ensure consistent power supply.

What is the difference between solar energy and wind energy?

Solar energy is generated by capturing sunlight and converting it into electricity using photovoltaic cells, while wind energy is generated by harnessing the kinetic energy of wind through wind turbines to produce electricity. Solar energy relies on sunlight availability, while wind energy relies on wind speed and consistency. Both types of energy are renewable and clean sources of electricity.
