I actually think they are smart, that's why Japan, London, Russia, ETC, are in the names of the most productive country, while the U.S. is spending billions of dollars sending astronauts to space and the moon. I mean come on, what is the point, its not as if we are going to live in space one day, but even though we were, I wouldn't!
