The creator of the sun and moon is Allah

Answer:

In the Hindu creation story Lord Vishnu commands Lord Brahma to create the world.

Lord Brahma then creates the world by dividing a lotus flower into three parts. One part became the heavens ad all they contain, another part became the Earth, and the third part the skies. Lord Brahma then created all that lives on the Earth.

The Earth formed from the same gas cloud as the Sun and the other planets, around 4.6 billion years ago. This cloud was spinning, very slowly. As it collapsed under its own gravity and shrunk it spun faster and faster to conserve angular momentum, like an ice skater pulling her arms in while pirouetting on the ice. While most of the cloud collapsed into a ball which heated up and began to shine as the Sun, some of it was spun off into a whirling disc around it. Particles of dust and ice in the disc began to clump together, and over about a hundred million years slowly collided to form bigger and bigger objects, eventually forming the planets.

The Moon was formed when the Earth was very young. As material crashed together and collided to form the Earth, it melted in the heat of repeated collisions and the denser material, like iron and nickel, sank to the centre to form the core, wrapped in a mantle of rock. It was around this point that a planet around the size of Mars, nicknamed Theia, collided with the Earth, spewing out huge chunks of mantle material that came together to form the Moon. This is why the Earth spins with a tilt, and why the Moon's composition is very similar to the Earth's mantle. So the Earth formed with the Sun, and the Moon formed from the Earth - the Sun and Moon didn't help form the Earth at all!

That said, the Sun and Moon do affect the Earth in many ways. Both are responsible for the tides, while the Moon helps to stabilise the Earth's tilt, preventing extreme climate changes. The Moon is also responsible for the way the Earth's axis wobbles around over 26,000 years like a gyroscope, a cycle known as precession, thought to be responsible for ice ages. The Sun provides light and warmth to Earth, driving our weather and allowing life to flourish. The Sun also gives out a stream of electrically charged particles known as the solar wind. The Earth's magnetic field protects us from the worst of it, but the solar wind is let in at the poles, where it crashes into the atmosphere and causes aurorae. The magnetic field also traps particles from the solar wind around the Earth in what are known as the Van Allen belts.

So while the Sun and Moon weren't involved in the formation of the Earth, they both influence life on Earth in many ways, and as a result have helped throughout the entire history of our planet. It's important to realise that creation was not a single event but is an ongoing process that the Sun and Moon are involved in. If it wasn't for the Sun providing light and heat for us and the Moon controlling precession, causing the ice ages and creating the conditions under which our species evolved, we certainly wouldn't be here!

No one made the Moon and the stars. You are free to believe in mythical creation theories (too many to list here) but if you believe in science, then see the related questions to see how they were made.
