The only word we can think of is "Universe". But if that's the one the question is

fishing for, then its description is much too restrictive. The Universe is not only the

totality of all things that exist. It also includes all of the space in which they have

ever existed or could exist, as well as all of the time in which they have existed,

do exist, or will exist. Now that's a Universe.
