The first hot air balloon as we know it was made in France by the brothers Montgolfier in about 1750. It is said that hundreds of years earlier, people in South America made toy hot air balloons.
The first satellite was launched more than 50 years ago. It was Sputnik in 1957.
Its not known, but long time back when there was first person, the person must have seen the moon undeniably. Hence seeing as it could had been a few thousand years B.C. but it depends on how far back you would consider a human a human. Additionally there would be no way of ever telling without a time machine because the first one to write it would not necessarily had been the first to see it and see it in said country.
