landers are things which they send out into space to search through other planets to look for life forms and new chemical :)
Orbiters, spacecraft that orbit bodies Landers, spacecraft that land on bodies Rovers, landers that move
There were several Lunar Landers. The first manned Lunar Lander was the 'Eagle.'
No. The space shuttle was only designed for low-Earth orbit, not for going to the moon. The only manned spacecraft to go the the moon were the Apollo landers.
In 1976 twin Viking spacecraft reached Mars. Each of the Viking landers carried a small laboratory meant to search for life forms. These laboratories tested Mars's air and soil for signs of life. None of these test showed evidence of life.
Viking 1 and Viking 2 were launched by the US in 1975. Both probes traveled to Mars, took photos of large expanses of the planet's surface from orbit, and released landers. The Viking 1 lander later transmitted the first pictures from the Martian surface. Both landers carried experiments designed to detect living organisms or life processes, but neither of them found any convincing signs of life. The Vikings and their landers were unmanned (robotic) spacecraft.

Controlled landings by probes or spacecraft have been achieved on the Moon, Venus, and Mars.

Yes. Several spacecraft have gone to Venus and some have landed, but they didn't survive long. The USSR did a lot of work with Venus landers for about twenty years, starting in the early 1960s. In fact the first craft to successfully land on another planet was one of the "Venera" landers from USSR, in 1970.
