Well, if you take all the planets together, taking into account that Jupiter and Saturn are enormous and consist mostly of hydrogen and helium gasses, then you'd have to say that the planets are made mostly of hydrogen and helium gas.

But if you are allowed to give separate answers for the different planets, you'd say that the four terrestrial planets are made mostly out of silicate (rocky) material with a core of nickel-iron alloy, that Jupiter and Saturn are made mostly of a mixture of hydrogen and helium gasses, and that Urnaus and Neptune are made mostly of hydrogen and helium gases with substantial cores of water ice.
