The elements are the same as earth, in differing amounts. The Periodic Table doesn't change from place to place.

However, the ratio's of those elements are much different. The surface contains a number of elements, but the iron-oxide is most well known, as it gives the planet it's well known color. The atmosphere is about 95% carbon dioxide (not an element, made of carbon and oxygen), 3% nitrogen, 1.6% argon and contains traces of oxygen and water (also not an element, made of hydrogen and oxygen).
