The pros include being involved in leading scientific research which is extremely interesting and challenging. Also you get to travel a lot to use different telescopes and attend conferences.

The cons meanwhile are more practical considerations. It requires many years of study t get a PhD, from there you will likely go on to post-doc positions. These are short term contracts so life is not very settled. This is not ideal if you have or want a family. also these positions do not pay especially well, not considering the amount of time you have spend in education - you have to do it for the love of it.

The Difference is that a heliocentric model says that What_is_the_different_geocentric_and_heliocentric_theoryis in the center but not the exact center and all the other planets and the moon orbit the sun. But a geocentric model states that the earth was in the center and that the sun moon and stars all went around earth. That is the difference.

Heliocentric:
