Internal pressure. As the rocket propellent burns, the gases expand. The longer it burns, the inside of the rocket increases in volume and this could decrease the pressure. As the pressure drops, the thrust will also decrease. Also, as the rocket flies higher into the air, the outside air pressure can have an effect on the rocket's internal pressures and its thrust.
