NO. the rocket will not shrink, grow, compact,or spread out and stay same size.the stuff in it will stay the same,,,,,,,,,,but the weight will change because there is no gravity to pull down on it. (The mass of the rocket will change continuously from the time it leaves the launch pad until sometime after it has reached space. That's because of the fuel mass it loses, as the engines burn. But once the engines cut off, the vehicle's mass doesn't change.)
Balloons are filled with air by inserting a nozzle or the opening of the balloon into a source of air, such as a person's mouth, a pump, or an air compressor. When the air is blown or pumped into the balloon, it expands, causing the rubber or latex material to stretch. Once the desired size is reached, the opening is sealed, usually by tying a knot, to keep the air inside.
The Apollo rockets had different speeds depending on the phase of the mission. During liftoff, the Saturn V rocket reached speeds of around 6,000 miles per hour (9,600 km/h). Once in space, the Apollo Command Module traveled at a speed of about 24,500 miles per hour (39,400 km/h) on its way to the Moon.

Most people believe that Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, both from the 1953 British expedition, were the first to scale Mount Everest. However, it is possible that the peak was climbed first almost 30 years before by George Mallory and Sandy Irvine of the 1924 British expedition. Mallory and Irvine went missing on their final summit push, and despite Mallory being found high on the North Face in 1999, no one knows whether they got to the summit.
Tenzing got his first opportunity to join an Everest expedition when he was employed by Eric Shipton, leader of the reconnaissance expedition in 1935. As a 20 year old his chance came when two of the others failed their medical test. As a friend of Angtharkay he was quickly pushed forward, and his attractive smile caught the eye of Shipton, who decided to take him on.
