Orbit is a term meaning the rotation of an object on an axis, or the particular rotation something makes. The term orbit is used for describing the manner in which planets rotate on their axis, and more!
Axis is an imaginary line that runs through a planet.
I'm not sure how to explain directions in space since they are all relative to something else. This is about the best I can do. If you mean Pluto's rotation around the Sun it orbits in the same direction as the Earth which is also the same as the Sun's rotation on its axis. If you mean Pluto's rotation on its axis it's opposite the rotation of the Earth and Sun on their axes.
The values of g would decrease once getting closer to the axis. At the axis it would be 0g
I'm not sure of what you mean but I think you got it right. Another way to describe it is if you are North of Earth, out in space, looking back, you would see Earth rotate counter-clockwise. If you were out in space from the South side of our planet Earth, you would see the Earth rotate clockwise.
X-Rays from the sun
The planetary term tilt, means the planet is on one axis
The y-axis is the vertical axis on a graph.
line segment A better answer would be: Axis An axis servers to orient a space or element of design about which is symmetrical.
The x-axis is the horizontal axis on a graph. The y-axis is the vertical axis on a graph.
The x-axis is the horizontal axis on a graph. The y-axis is the vertical axis on a graph.
It doesn't necessarily affect space itself but it can affect the Earth's tilt or axis in space.
The vertical axis in a graph.
The z-axis is perpendicular to the plane of the x and y-axes in 3-dimensional space.
In a Cartesian grid, the x-axis is the horizontal axis, and the y-axis is the vertical axis.
I believe you mean the x-axis, the horizontal axis on a coordinate plane
An axis would be a line on which somethig rotates.
