It is blue because of the methane gasses in the atmosphere.

Bright blue, almost exactly like Uranus. It appears dark blue though a telescope or pictures from satellites because of the way the light is reflected through a lens off of methane.

It also has three very faint white to light blue rings around it, which are almost invisible to the naked eye. Occasionally there are large, black spots on the planet which can exist for a few years before vanishing, these are anticyclonic storms.
