The flag that represents the moon is the moon!
It was American Flag that was first ever put on the moon.
Since there is no wind on the moon, any flag "flying" would have to be due to mechanical support -- exactly as was stated as having been done in 1969 (I recall that as I watched the flag being "unfurled").
The flag with a crescent moon and a star is Turkey's flag.
Although there is gravity on the Moon, the flag had wire strips in it to stop it falling down. This also allowed the flag to look like it was "waving". The Apollo 11 mission flag fell over due to the exhaust blast of the returning flight.
Turkey's flag has a crescent moon and one star.
The flag on the Moon is a normal everyday flag.
The Apollo 11 Moon landing and subsequent moon landings by the Americans have used a cloth flag with an aluminium post and support arm. The support arm suspends the flag horizontally. Since there is no atmosphere on the moon if it didn't the flag would always be seen furled.
The flag remains on the Moon .

No. Only Americans have walked on the moon so there is an American flag on the moon.

The flag that is red with a white moon and star is the flag of Turkey.
The flag did not flap. Ever heard of inertia? If you planted the flag on the moon, there would be residual energy same as on Earth, the difference being that as The Moon has no atmosphere it would take a lot longer for any residual energy to dissipate. So the force used to plant the Flag , would wobble up the Pole giving the appearance of wind , when in fact its just kinetic energy being released.
You would find this on the Earth's moon.
Neil Armstrong planted the U.S Flag on the moon.
