We see 'white light' . White light can be split into the colours of a rainbow by the use of a prism.

It is an electromagnetic wave, to which the human eye and optic nerves are sensitive.

The electromagnetic spectrum ranges from very short waves (cosmic), through, Gamma ray, X-rays, Ultraviolet(UV) Rays, Visible(White Light), Infra Red(IR) rays, Microwaves , Radio Waves.

We do not see the waves outside the visible range, but we can feel the effects of them .

Gamma Rays ; damaging to human health

X-rays ; excess can be damaging to human health, but short exposure is used medically.

UV ; gives the skin a brown (tan)

IR ; can feel the heat from it

Microwaves ; used for cooking

Radio waves used for communication.

The White light(visible)is in a very narrow band of wavelength. Blue is the shortest wavelength at 3.8 x 10^-7 m (380 nm) to Red at the longest wavelength at 7.8 x 10^-7 m (780 nm).

All these waves travel at the same speed, in vacuum , the speed of light, which is 3.8 x 10^8 m/s

Your question is ambiguous and obviously you don't understand the topic, so here are answers to two possible interpretations of your question:

Q: What source of light gives humans visibility on Earth?

A: The sun

Q: What type of electromagnetic radiation is visible to human eyes?

A: Visible Light, which is in between infrared and ultraviolet light on the spectrum (Many animals can see infrared and/or ultraviolet light, but we can't)
