The land consists of multiple continents being slowly moved by underlying plates of rock, with land elevations, forms, and features determined by tectonics, vulcanism, and erosion. The polar regions, water or land, are covered to varying degrees with ice.

Earth is filled with many things , well anything because we live on earth , so you can say earth is everything since God created everything on it
