Capturing a Vile Fin PuddleJumper for the quest "Ever So Lonely" in Tirisfal Glades is actually quite easy, if you do it when you are at level. Just attack the mob like normal, and when it reaches low health (and starts running away), use the leash that the quest giver gave you. When you have captured it, then run and turn it in to the quest giver. The mob will stay with you for 10 minutes before it goes away, or until you turn it in. NOTE: When you are doing this as a higher level character, you will probably have to un-equip some gear and weapons as your damage will be too high and kill the mob.
