Amblyopia, also known as lazy eye, is a vision disorder where one eye does not develop properly leading to decreased vision in that eye. It typically occurs in children and can be treated with corrective eyewear, patching therapy, or vision therapy. Early detection and treatment are important to prevent long-term vision problems.
