What two things are found on the moon and are not found on earth?

The study of the few samples of rock returned from the moon with the Apollo crews strongly suggests that the moon and the earth are made of pretty much the same stuff. One theory for the formation of the moon, and arguably the best one so far, is that something really, really big slammed into the earth early in the formation of the planet. Whatever it was represented a good fraction of the mass of the earth, and it was large enough to "crash into" and then "tear away" from the earth, leaving both bodies molten and able to reform under their own gravity. As to what two things are found on the moon that are not found on earth, there is a lot of geological similarity between the two bodies. If we just consider two obvious characteristics, the two things that stand out about the moon, at least as compared to earth, are its lack of an atmosphere and its low(er) gravity.

Eye floaters?

Alternative NamesSpecks in the eyeInformationThe floating specks you sometimes see in front of your eyes are not on the surface of your eyes, but inside them. These floaters are bits of cellular debris that come and go without treatment. To some people, these "floaters" look like spots. To others, they look like tiny threads. Most of the time they are nothing to worry about, but sometimes they can be a symptom of a retinal tear. If you notice a sudden increase in floaters or if you see floaters along with flashes of light, this may be a symptom of retinal detachment. Call your eye doctor. If you have other vision disturbances, see vision abnormalities.ReferencesCrouch ER Jr, Crouch ER, Grant T. Ophthalmology. In: Rakel RE, ed. Textbook of Family Medicine. 7th ed.
