If you've ridden on a roller coaster and noticed when you go down the Big Hill, your stomach seems to slip, that is just a little taste of what zero g is like.

Long term, your head can swell and your nose gets stuffy, your muscles get weak and your bones soften. Some people get motion sick, but adapt quickly. Others stay sick for their entire flight.

Being in water means that there is very little gravity, just like space. For example, if you stood in a pool and lifted your legs up, you could stay there for much longer than if you did out of water. In space there is no gravity and so by being in water, which has very little gravity, it has the same affect as being in space.
