The planet Venus has just passes the "inferior conjunction", when it goes between the Sun and the Earth. Venus now appears as a VERY bright object low in the eastern horizon just before sunrise. This is probably what you are seeing.
Venus will rise earlier and earlier for the next 2-3 months as it races ahead of Earth in its orbit; then it will start to rise later and later until it goes behind the Sun about 4 months from now.
when the sun rises in the east
That actually not a star but the planet Venus. You could also be referring to the planet Mercury. It can be seen just before Sunrise and just after Sunset. As mercury is nearest planet to the Sun, it is always seen very close to the Sun in the Sky. We can't see it in the morning because the is too bright and at night it is below the horizon. Hence, it is visible only for a few moments just before Sunrise and just after Sunset very near the horizon.
The sun rises in the East.
That is a difficult question.Heres why: There is no first sunrise. There never was. Even in the first day it was not a first sunrise. The Earth is so old that the first day started when it was no bigger than that dust mite family crawling up your arm! (dust mites are microscopic little things, google 'em) The first country to get the sunrise is England, France, could be anyone. We don't know. Great question by the way.
As you move west, the time zones change backwards in the day.
The Moon only ever rises in the East. Rising 2 hours before sunrise it would be best seen from mid-September to mid-November.. It would be a narrow crescent with the bright side towards the Sun's position.
Because it's further East.
If you're watching the sunrise, you are facing east. Sunrise occurs in the east as the sun rises in the morning and sets in the west in the evening.
The Sun rises in the East so Eastern Europe has Sunrise before Western Europe.
Eastern Africa has sunrise first. The sun rises in the east, so East Africa has light before the west. There is a time difference of approximately 2 hours between East and West Africa.
